Two system32 in different hard disk

So I just got a brand new computer for testing so it comes with a cheap hard drive for my main hard drive (C: ). I figured it is too small so I took a hard drive from another computer that I don't use anymore and shove it in the computer,it is labelled as Local Disk (F: ).When I was browsing through the (F: ) hard drive I found out that I have another system 32 so I figured this hard drive must've been use for Local Disk (C: ) in the previous, old computer. My question is can I delete this unused System 32 and things that should be in the (C: )?

Side note:I just woke up so I don't feel typing like a professional.

    EDIT:There is also hfpapi.dll in the (F: ) system32,is it a malware?

Are you saying you took an OLD drive with windows already on it and you put it in this NEW PC, started it up and it booted to windows, without reinstalling ??? and it`s labeled F ?

Why don`t you reinstall windows on the old drive ? That way you don`t have to worry about any duplicate files or malware.

Are we to assume that you got a new PC with Windows 10 on it, and you didn`t like it so you put in an old drive with Windows 7 on it ???

Please describe your adventure in greater detail when you feel like typing. :)
