Devices appearing

hi,

i have had two new devices appear in my device manager, SM Driver (SM bios service) & Microsoft eHome Infrared transceiver. The Microsoft eHome Infrared transceiver is to do with my infrared but why has it installed now when i've had the CIR Driver installed for a couple of months now and what is SM bios service? Very strange .

Any help on this would be much appreciated

All the devices are working. If it is because of windows update then I'll leave it as it is. I just thought it was a bit weird that they just appeared. Thanks for replying
