    HO Power Help

Long story, short version, Supposed to be in a house in April. Everything is in 4 storage lockers for 6 months. Finally got a place (supposed to close on Sept 27. I have an Officejet 8620 I don't remember if this thing uses a power supply or not. I have the cable but no power supply. I don't even remember if it uses a power supply. I've looked everywhere online, can't find anything. The HP site is no help at all. Sure. they'll sell me a new printer but there is nothing useful I can find. All I need to know is does this thing require a power supply. I have the right cable but I can't find the power supply. Anybody have any knowledge in this? As always comments or flames welcome.
    Tnx,
    Dusty

It might depend on the serial number.
Maybe early versions needed an external supply.
Or maybe the newer versions need an external supply.

I see documentation pointing to an external power supply...

Just plug it in - the flames might be literal.
