How can I make a .iso of Windows 7 Professional
I recently purchased and downloaded the Windows 7 Professional 64bit upgrade, however I am currently running a 32bit version of Vista Home Premium.
I understand (from reading other threads) that it isn't possible to run a custom install, or even update from 32bit to 64bit; without creating an .iso file.
Could anyone help me; I've read through various threads telling me to do all sorts of things, then type "oscdimg -bC:\Users\James\Desktop\expandedSetup\boot\etfsboot.com -h -u2 -m -lWIN_EN_DVD C:\Users\James\Desktop\expandedSetup\ C:\7.iso" into the command promt window.
(Before you suggest checking the file paths etc are correct, yes they are)
However none of this is helping me. Could anyone please either give me a way around having to make an .iso file, or how to actually make the bootable .iso file, which i can either write to a DVD or run straight away.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or solutions.
James
