I am currently trying to write the iso to dvd, it seems I have lost my NTI write sofware and I am downloading this now it's only trail though. Can this be I actually have to pay for something I had already, I actually assumed that was just a free programme.

Is there free software to write to dvd/cd that I can get ?

Again you ask a question that is covered in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

    Step 2.

Do you have a reading difficulty that prevents you from reading or following the steps to get a perfect reinstall?

I'm not sure what that first pic labeled "Microsoft Store". You don't need anything but the ISO and ImgBurn.

Basic instructions to burn an ISO in ImgBurn:

Switch to 'Write' from mode menu.

    Insert blank DVD.

    Set write speed.

Select a file to write by clicking on the 'Browse for file' button. Navigate to the ISO file and open it.

    Click the big 'Write' button.

Your last picture says "medium not present", so I wonder if you even had a blank DVD drive in the burner??

That's the Microsoft ISO USB/DVD write tool - an alternative to IMGBurn/YUMI etc. etc.

    See Option 1 here:
