Since you say you have four partitions and are willing to clean them all anyway, just use one of the other three partitions to reinstall Win7, then copy your data over from ruined partition to your new installation.
To do this boot the Win7 installer, select Custom install, then when you are given the screen "Where do you want to install Win7" determine which is the partition with the data you want to save and do not install Win7 onto that partition.
If the data you want to save is on your old Win7 partition, you can Explore it first to make sure data still exists using free Partition Wizard bootable CD. Write it's ISO to USB stick using UltraISO trial by this method: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html
Later after you copy your data over to new Win7, we can help you delete/clean the other partitions and recover their space into new Win7 install if you want, using Partition Wizard
