Unfortunately you must be able to boot Win7 to run a Repair Install.
Did you boot the Win7 DVD Repair console or Repair CD to run Startup Repair at least 3 separate times with reboots to try to start Win7? Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times
If this failed, did you next mark Win7 partition itself Active using PW CD then try Startup Repair again three times to see if it will transfer the boot files to Win7 and start it?
If not were you able to copy out your files using method I posted with DVD or Repair CD?
If you have any questions about doing these things which are known to start Win7 in such cases, ask them now.
If not, follow these steps to clean reinstall Win7 using the Product Key on your COA sticker on machine: re-install windows 7
