My notebook with 6GB RAM & core i5 CPU has run mad recently. While my notebook was idle, there're somethings consuming it's RAM (about 1 - 1.8 GB). I didn't downloaded or ran any program, then why? Why my RAM has go crazy when it's idle? And how can I fix this? Anyone please help me..! And Sorry about my bad English. Advance thanks :)

This sounds quite normal to me. Windows 7 uses as much memory as it needs and keeps programs in memory so that it doesn't have to reload from disk.
I agree. It sounds normal. I have 8GB in my Sony Vaio and it seems to "use" about 2 - 2.5GB at idle. An older Dell Vostro with 4GB uses about 1 - 1.5GB. Based on my computers it seems like Windows 7 automatically allocates up to 1/3 available RAM. You could check this out by running Resource Monitor > Memory to find out exactly how Windows 7 is using RAM on your machine.

For most purposes 6GB is more than adequate. Gaming and Video/Graphics editing may benefit from more but most Notebooks have a limit of 8GB. You need to check the manufacturers handbook.
This is just my opinion and others might disagree. Memory prices are fairly cheap right now and if your machine can support more than 6GB, I'd say get as much RAM as you can afford. You never know what might happen in the future to cause prices to go back up (kinda like the flooding in Thailand has caused hard drive prices to double and triple in the past month or so.)
Having said that, Windows 7 does a pretty good job of monitoring and allocating memory as needed so even if you max out your computer's RAM, you may not see a very noticeable difference in performance. But, you're also making your machine ready for whatever the future may hold as far as gaming is concerned.
My notebook is support 8GB memory so now I just have to wait until The Thanksgiving Day to buy it. lol
