    Hi

It would be really helpful if you can post all the files using SF diag ... which would help us look at your system more closely...

Secondly post as snapshot of the Overview... which should show the CPU as well as the RAM usage... forgot to mention that in the previous post,

Alright I have tried everything on this list: Malwarebytes, Anti-Spyware, and so on. Nothing has worked yet and my computer seems to be going slower and slower, any other ideas?

You are running a Clean Boot? So what is now starting with Win7 and running in msconfig>Services after hiding All MS Services. You haven't been very responsive about the exact steps you've done.

Have you worked up to a Repair Install yet? That may be required as well as eventually a Clean Reinstall following the steps to get it perfect.

Please post back a screenshot of your maximized Disk Management drive map and listings:

    1. Type Disk Management in Start Search box.
    2. Open Disk Mgmt. window and maximize it.
    3. Type Snipping Tool in Start Search box.
    4. Open Snipping Tool, choose Rectangular Snip, click New, draw a box around full drive map and all listings.
5, Save Snip, attach using paper clip in Reply Box.

Tell us what is on each partition.

Does anyone reckon a look at what services are listed / running in msconfig? other than the Microsoft ones?

I have currently turned off all serviced other than Microsoft and Toshiba programs. Also I am not sure what you want me to show you in the disk management. I opened it and I am not sure what exactly you want me to take a snippit of.

Looks like you still have the factory preinstall onboard with all of the bloatware the throttles Win7 from it's native state. I suggest for best performance you consider the Clean Reinstall I linked earlier.

You seem to not understand why your games won't function smoothly with the hardware you have, well it's clearly because you're running the worst possible install Win7 can have.

Read over the steps in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to see if you have any questions. We will help you in any way needed to get it perfect, but only by using the tools and methods in the tutorial will you get and keep a perfect install to benefit fully from the hardware you've got.

During the reinstall you would want to delete all partitions as shown in Steps 6 and 7 of Clean Install Windows 7.

If this is the problem shouldn't this have come up when I first got this laptop? I have had this laptop for about 7-8 months now and have played these games for about 6-7 of those months. Is there any other explanation as to why this would happen all of a sudden over a Windows update?
