    I've updated my specs, and I would do anything other than clean install because I don't want to backup all the data and do all he work because I think the issue is recent and not the OS's fault!

    Thanks, I have now uninstalled AVG PC tuneup, by i still get this black annoying screen! I'll make my own thread, sorry

    Yeah I think my Sabertooth was around 18-20 seconds when I first got it and did a clean install, it's 24 seconds now, but I guess I can live with it
