    Hey there,

I just double checked your Ram vs MoBo.

The Ram types you are using are not on the compatible vendors list. Which can be found Motherboard Specifications, MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E) | HP® Support.

You should be using :PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)
From the screenshots provided you are using: PC3-10700

I grabbed this idea from Hardware Reserved Ram 8GB! [Solved] - RAM - Memory. After looking up similar issues.

I know it doesn't actually help any, but i am willing to put stakes that this is your issue.

Most of the time that I have seen hardware reserve that much ram it's a motherboard problem or the instillation of the ram.
How many ram modules do you have?
How many ram slots do you have on the motherboard?

Three ram modules is unusual. It could be your ram is installed in the wrong ram positions.

Do you have your motherboard manual? Very important to have!

Please use these to install your system specs completely.
The more we know about your system the better we can help.
