    Start a Resource Monitor and switch to CPU tab, sort both Processes and Services by CPU and take a screenshot of that please. Also attach the screenshot here instead of Lightshot - Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

    oh i figured it out. but i notice when im normally on my PC doing nothing my CPU usage is over 50% usualyl hitting 100% and when ever i play a game my PC restarts i noticed that when its being 100% usage..

    I went to safe mode with network only and my CPU usage is 0 - 1%

    Enable msahci just in case as described in - AHCI : Enable in Windows 7 / Vista
    Then uninstall Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) and restart.
    If all is good, try re-installing it. Try using IntelĀ® Driver Update Utility to re-install the correct drivers.

    I ended up searching the iAStor thing that got up to 50 cpu usage and i manage to disable it and only turn on manually and now my PC isnt going to 100% any more but sometimes my PC is still around 50% usage cause firefox ends up taking a lot of CPU
