Im currently using windows 7 home premium 64bit. Every now and then when im gaming or using the internet, this backup and restore thing keeps popping up. When i close it or minimise it, it comes back again and again. I tried many methods to fix it like reformatting and scanning my computer for viruses but to valid.

Here's a screenshot of it, i hope u guys can help me out, thanks in advance! :)

Open the Action Center (see bottom left) and expand Maintenance, then select the option to turn off messages about Windows Backup. No more popups.

I tried it before already. I think it's a bug or something because sometimes when I closes the popup, it reappears almost instantly. Sometimes when the backup an restore popups, a' NO CARD' error appears too. I had search the web for it and I have no idea what to do. Can I like uninstall the backup and restore thing from my system? Or are there anyways to solve this problem?
