How do I restore Windows 7 to factory settings using recovery disks

In case you need them later.
N55SF drivers: N55SF - Notebooks & Ultrabooks - ASUS

For now first right click in disk mangement on the 25GB not used partition. select "delete volume" or something like that. Space is now unallocated.

You need Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit English I assume? If so: Download
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1X17-58997.iso

Burn on DVD. Now do a clean install from DVD. Don't select Upgrade but "custom" in step 6. Install in the now "unallocated space" Clean Install Windows 7

It's dual boot now. Activate your new win7. Check device manager... any question marks, and/or other devices. Install drivers for them.

Do you understand?

Removing the dual boot (if you're very sure all is working) is easy I'll explain later if you want that info

When I will have to choose partitions, won't it show me all partitions that I have with the option of format partition? And then format C and install Windows on C while leaving D alone?

Are you sure C may be overwritten? What if product key not works afterwards? What if some hardware doesn't work afterwards?

But of course you can delete the 25GB partition and old C during install process and install in the now "unallocated space". It's all explained clearly in Clean Install Windows 7

Don't be stupid... first prove it's working in dual boot.

You have "Asus Utility" folder on C? Or any other asus folder with drivers?

I called to the store from where I bought the laptop and they told me that the recovery partition should not have been deleted in the 1st place and that I should go to the store and tell them to repair my laptop for free because they f'ed up.

Good luck with it. Be sure to backup all important stuff to dropbox first!
If you're concerned about privacy (shop can otherwise read/write to dropbox/email and so on)... wipe the disk. (it it's allowed by shop!)

But if shop is recreating C anyway... you can try a clean install to C (custom in step 6, format the C) first.
