I tried to install the shortcut. But for some reasons, it did not install the way the instructions shown. I probably did something wrong along the way.
Anyway, I have given up and decide to manually create the Restore Points instead.
As I always say, XP is one of the, if not the best OS Microsoft has ever released. I have no problem with system restore, backup with XP but have problems with Win 7. I guess I'll get used to it eventually.
Well, if you like, you could use the tutorial below add this to your desktop context menu to make it easier to create a restore point when you like.
