How can I backup iphone15 on win7 computer without itune or Icloud?

Anyone knows how can I backup my iphone15 pro max on win 7 computer without iTunes or icloud? iTune doesn't work on my computer, I don't know why, iCloud I don't have it.

Any advice will be highly appreciated,
