Restore Missing Default StartMenu Shortcuts - Windows 7

Hi,

I'm Using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and the default shortcuts in my Start Menu is missing.

I've searched the Windows 7 tutorial's sub section on start menu to look for a thread similar to this one i've found in the Vistax64 forums:
Start Menu - Restore Missing Default Shortcuts - Vista Forums
but i have been unable to find anything similar.

If anyone can supply or direct me to a site where i can download and restore these shortcuts would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Deckz
