    Windows Live mail help

Had an e-mail address set up through TimeWarner using Windows Live mail.
xxxxxxxx@wi.rr.com Changed my service to AT&T. I was told that I would be able to KEEP my same e-mail address. Is that possible? Been told I could. I'm having a tuff time tweaking my settings. See......I cancelled TimeWarner today and e-mail no longer works now. Says account inactive. Do I need to be able to use TimeWarners server to be able to use that e-mail address? TimeWarners settings: incoming: POP-SERVER.WI.RR.COM, outgoing: SMTP-SERVER.WI.RR.COM. Thanks for the help.

I am also on TW and as far as I know when you cancel your service (or when your account is suspended) the email server suspends the logon.

If you had access to their server forwarding the email to att would be easy
