Resetting IE8 did not work either.

    Firefox does not work.

Does this point to something wrong inside Windows 7, like an update gone wrong?

I can not put Norton back on the computer, or Flash Player, etc. does not allow but about 10% of a large download to be completed.

Is there some setting that controls the download, like maybe, less than a given percentage of RAM available or maybe less than a given percentage of HD space available?

    Thanks.

Firefox and IE8 will not download. They both quit at the same time. Each will download only about 15% maximum.

    Download TFC below

    Download link http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe

Drag the TFC.exe from your Downloads folder to the Desktop

Right click on TFC.exe and choose

    Click on the Start button

When its finished it will ask you to restart your PC if it doesn't restart manually .

       Note
