    IE 11 blurry font

    Hi

I used Ie 8 until today because i knew that any IE update from 8 and up would make my text blurry on every site..even this text looks blurry compared to IE 8 good old clear text..are they trying to make people go blind or is this a scheme to sell more glasses over time from to much use of blurry text ?

But i am now forced to go blind using EI 11..and i hate crome and firebox..so here we are

Is there a way for me to fix this horrible blurry standart text ?
Has it something to do with direct write

    Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Firstly please use the link above my signature to Fill in your system spec's we have a very easy to use utility to do it all for you

I've heard some people say things like fuzzy text I personally have never seen the issue in real life,
It's probably hardware or driver related
I would first switch to Software rendering after checking with the computer manufactures site for video card driver updates,

Confirm what dpi your using and page zoom level,

Here is my spec and i know exactly what is wrong and i dont think it can be fixed because aot of people have the same problem and MS dont care.

Now i use IE 8 again but several sites i use every day req new IE version.

I tryed to install IE 9 and 10 and 11 and i also tryed to disable and enable "gpu hardware accel" with no effects at all.

But in IE 8 you can enable clear type text and then all the text becomes blurry. Just like the clear type option windows 7 have, so i also disable clear type in windows to have realy sharp text.

All the new IE from 9 to 11 dont have this Clear type box listed anywere and this is the problem for me and others.

This is my 3rd pc that i have and i always use ati radeon cards ( newest model in given time and place ) and every time i got the same blurry/fuzzy problem with text in IE 9 to 11

So i t seems like the IE 9 to 11 have the clear type perma enable even if the "string" in regedit says no under clear type.

So now i pinpointed the problem but need a solution that dosent make me use chrome or firefox...

Here you can see the 2 same site has 2 different fonts or text..the fuzzy one hurts my eyes

    Hi,
    Thanks for the quick return,
So if you go to Start/ Control panel/ Display,
On the top left column adjust clear type does not exist ?

    Hi,
    Going back to post #2
Confirm your dpi setting post what you use and your page zoom level,
As you can see I use 125% dpi and page zoom at 150%
Which is actually too much for ie11 but then again I'm using ie10 but even in ie11 it's not as bad as your showing
Post a link to a website where the font is blurry and your not logged in,
    Cheers.

The 125 makes my OS horrible big to watch..i like to keep the dpi on 100

I only wish to use a new IE than 8 and keep the OS settings

Hi thanks I was inquiring on your settings not that you should change them
I'm the other way I need the larger display settings
There is a custom level though have you attempted to increase it slightly 110-115%
