Win7PE or something like that for dell

I have an old Preinstalled Environment CD that I used to use for troubleshooting when I had vista. I am not sure, but I think it was BartPE.

Is there anything similar with Windows 7 64-bit?

I also do not have system disks since Windows 7 came already on my laptop

    Thanks

Is this the same as a system repair disc?

I went into control panel/backup and restore and the options on the left do not show system recovery disk like the screen in the message

Yep, that's the same as a repair disc.

The option to create a repair disc is not in Backup. Check out this tutorial: System Repair Disc - Create

    Ah, thanks for that Ray.

According to the tutorial, you can enter recdisc.exe into the start menu to pull it up.

    It usually takes 3-5 DVDs.
