I'll wait for the jcgriff2 report to give further directions.
It appears you may be infected with malware, but not sure. Download Malwarebytes and do a scan.Code:360SelfProtection.sys Thu Sep 23 02:13:35 2010 ATKACPI.sys Thu Dec 14 02:11:57 2006 AntiDrv.sys Thu Sep 16 22:28:27 2010 Efimon.sys Thu Aug 12 13:42:56 2010 Hookport.sys Tue Sep 21 18:09:08 2010 Mkd2kfNt.sys Fri Oct 17 04:50:22 2008 qutmdrv.sys Fri Sep 03 05:21:52 2010 qutmipc.sys Tue Jul 06 05:03:30 2010

Remove Kaspersky, and 360Safe.
Use this Kaspersky removal tool: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloa...vremover10.zip
Also, be sure to remove 360Safe. What is it?
Download Malwarebytes, and run a scan.

Hi, Esther. Kaspersky drivers are still showing in your dumps; Kaspersky is still on your system.
Apparently, 360Safe is a security program or security suite. The suite includes an antivirus program. I notice in your part of the world, it has ties to Kaspersky. Installing 360Safe gets you a free license for Kaspersky for six months. I also found that 360Safe has a bad reputation for causing problems.
You need to uninstall Kaspsersky using the removal tool that Jonathan and Lancaster gave you the links to. You need to uninstall 360Safe. I cannot tell it there is a removal tool for it due to the language barrier. If you would like to know more about 360Safe, do a Google search for it.
Please download and install Malwarebytes. Update it and run a quick scan of your system.
Carl is correct, please download and run this tool: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloa...vremover10.zip
Then, go to Control Panel>Programs and Features, and uninstall 360.
The Kaspersky i bought in this july before i install the 360Safe. About the 360Safe, it's a necessary download from a photoshop software when I download the photoshop. Anyway, I already remove the 360Safe yesterday. The malware bytes i have already download yesterday and i did a scan immediately. So the infected files has been removed. Since last time Tuan told me that if Kaspersky is not the cause, I can always install it back to my laptop. So, for the information, I removed the Kaspersky and installed MSE for a while but the BSOD is still around =x Even i update my graphic driver or etc, it is still happening.
We need to eliminate all possibilities, so let's leave Kaspersky uninstalled until we get these BSODs figured out.
