Wondering If Someone Could Explain this BSOD ?

I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop and when I plugged in my external hdd I received an BSOD a few moments later. It's the first time I see this I never had any problems as far as I'm aware.

Hello Jordan, we cross paths again!

First, let me advise not to worry about it. Everyone will get a single BSOD at some point, though it's not usually a problem until it's a recurring issue.

If you want, you can stop reading here.

I see Truecrypt was running at the time of the crash. Not to say it caused the crash, but it's a possibility.

    Install these Realtek drivers: Realtek

If the BSODs persist, enable driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

A RAM test may also help. See this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
