    Where to start
    First 5 year old Pinnacle drivers. Pinnacle should be removed.

    Second Symantec, remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

    Old drivers from 3 years ago. Video drivers from two years ago. All these need updating

    First you need to go into device manager

    Goto the relevant tab

    right click

    click un-install


    Let us know if you need assistance.

    just found (if still not working) Uninstall and Remove Software in Safe Mode
