    oh right,
    no it comes up with the error rstrui.exe the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

    yeah quite a few documents for work
    im guessing your asking because my hard drive needs a wipe? :/

    If you had nothing that would be the easy way, but I will try to avoid that if possible.
    You are sure you cannot get into safe mode? You are sure you know how to do it?

    well ive fized one problem, and now i have another one.
    i fixed the explorer.exe problem by using the command prompt to copy explorer.exe in windows\sysWOW64 and thats stopped the computer from displaying a black screen after login,
    but now i get another problem.
    "bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse Recovery: logonUI.exe - application error
    the instruction at 0x0000000 referenced memory at 0x0000000. the memory could not be written."
    what now?!?

    i will try starting up safemode again now that ive fixed explorer.exe, but before it would still display no desktop or anything

    If you can get into safe mode, we have this done. Just go back a few days before you tried to improve on the work of MS.

    hmm safe mode still wont display desktop, but ill try it through command prompt
