    Yes, at this time disable it. You can always enable it later if necessary. Driver Verifier is a specialized utility that should not run all of the time. It will slow your system down. And Driver Verifier deliberately causes BSOD's. That is the way it works. It is only used to identify faulty drivers.

    Had another crash overnight last night, woke up this morning to my computer being off

    Your latest uploaded dump is dated 12/8/10 and is a Driver Verifier enabled dump. It blames a the Windows system core driver. There are no dumps from 12/10 or 12/11. Whatever happened apparently did not create a dump.
