    physical memory dump erorr....


    hello,
    i;m buy a new hp 4520s notebook and i install win 7 64X ultimate on it,

    and it's going on blue screen erorr 4time...
    i atach the dump file,i want to know reason of problrm,plz help me

    tanx.

    my system information:

    win7 64x ultimate
    it's no orginaly on my system

    Could you please finish filling your specs?

    Hard Drive (HDD)
    Memory (RAM)
    Processor (CPU)
    Video Card

    The Dump was caused by atikmpag.sys

    I suggest that you uninstall Eset using this removal tool: Tool. Your version of Eset is obsolete and the drivers are out of date. Until you know your system is running smoothly, download and install Microsoft Security Essentials in place of Eset. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. Let's see if this clears up your BSOD's.

    no my hard and ram and cpu not full completly... i only watch a video clip and this eror occured...

    i download drivers from hp 4520s page for win7 64x about one week,is this absoulotly cused by ati driver??
    hard and ram are works fine ? or mamby hard and ram are damaged?

    You are welcome for the help. To upload the files, you need to zip them and then you can upload them. We can't always tell from the dump file alone. Troubleshooting is many times a process of elimination. You have to eliminate all potential causes of a crash and then you test hardware. Did you uninstall Eset? Outdated drivers can definitely cause memory corruption and crashes. Your Eset driver is out of date. Did Eset cause your crash? I cannot say. Could it be the cause? Definitely, yes.

    yes i remove it and know i uodate the the microsoft security...
    i dont have problem for upload, my problem is in downloading the Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2_.exe file! link for downloading not working for me..

    Could you tell me the link of where you got the ATI Driver?

    Is there a main language other than English you speak?
