    Install these updated Realtek Ethernet drivers: Realtek

    See if that helps any.

    I think the virus came from from a USB stick from my university computers. Took a while to remove it off my USB stick but it spread to my other USB stick and for some reason I can't remove it off that one.

    I've found that repairing or reinstalling programs has fixed the problems with the crashes. Perhaps it wasn't the ATI driver update, just so happened that it was the first noticeable file to be corrupted causing my BSOD and downgrading it repaired it. I think, not really sure lol.
