I have speedfan running and it says my voltage on the 12v is 11.9. Is this a bad thing or is it normal?

A tenth of a volt may simply be the plus or minus error of SpeedFan. Try CPUZ to verify the voltage reading.

I looked at your last six dumps.
Bugcheck 1E, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS.

Bugcheck A (2X), IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.

Bugcheck 109, CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION. Usual causes: Device driver, Breakpoint set with no debugger attached, Hardware (Memory in particular).

Bugcheck 101 (2X), CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. Usual causes: Device driver, BIOS bug, hardware defect.
    1. While you are troubleshooting, I suggest that you uninstall SuperAntiSpyware just in case it is causing interference and conflict.

    2. Two instances of bugcheck 101 are pretty significant. Read these to articles on this bugcheck:

    https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...tml#post567135

    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tml#post356791

    3. Go to your motherboard's website and check your version of your BIOS. See if there are any problems you are having that are solved by a a later version. I do not often recommend flashing the BIOS because there is a risk involved. If there is problem addressed by a BIOS that applies to your computer, consider flashing your BIOS to the latest version. If you choose to do this, flash you BIOS outside of Windows.

    4. Run Prime 95 again to test your CPU and your ram. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial:
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000096, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002867710, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

    CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION (109)
This bugcheck is generated when the kernel detects that critical kernel code or
data have been corrupted. There are generally three causes for a corruption:
    1) A driver has inadvertently or deliberately modified critical kernel code
     or data. See http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/driver/kernel/64bitPatching.mspx
    2) A developer attempted to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel
debugger that was not attached when the system was booted. Normal breakpoints,
"bp", can only be set if the debugger is attached at boot time. Hardware
breakpoints, "ba", can be set at any time.
    3) A hardware corruption occurred, e.g. failing RAM holding kernel code or data.

I think it was a problem with the motherboard because it stopped powering on entirely. I hooked up a different power supply and same symptoms. The fans kick on but it doesnt boot at all. That is with my ram and hard drives hooked up and without. I cant even get a POST if I unplug everything so I assume that it means my mobo is dead. Thanks for all the help.

If you completely remove all the ram from your motherboard and power it on, it should start beeping or lighting up error leds like crazy on the board. If that does not occur, you are likely looking at a serious motherboard hardware issue. I would contact dell at this stage, and hope a return is still an option.

You are welcome for the help. That does not sound like good news. Do follow Maguscreed's suggestion.

Yea no ram no hd's just the cpu and it powers up the fans spin and it stays like that for like 5-10 seconds and then turns off and repeats. I get no POST or anything. Yellow light on the front of the case instead of the normal blue. And I bought this PC over 3 years ago so Im pretty sure they won't do anything for me.

I think you have found your problem. It is time for a new motherboard.

Yea it seems that way is there any chance it would be the CPU instead? If there was something wrong with the CPU and I put it in a friend's computer could it damage his motherboard?

I have some darker spots on my CPU could it be the cause of my problems? Heres a pic.

odd place for it to get tinged, that cpu has been pulled out before is the only reason I could think for that happening. A replacement cpu will be fairly cheap actually. That may be your last shot at this, if it really is the motherboard replacement could be nearly as expensive as getting a mid level acer or something to just replace it with. Are any of the contact points in the socket discolored as well?
