Hi easwar. I am sorry you are having problems. Please keep in mind that we are all volunteers here. We get to the threads when we are online as quickly as possible.

There is one dump in your upload. You should keep dumps for a month or so before deleting the old ones. Many times it takes three or more dumps to get a full picture.
Bugcheck 8E, KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory.
Your dump blames the Windows Canonical Display Driver (cdd.dll) which is very unlikely to be the real cause. Most likely you have a driver conflicting or a hardware problem. I have not read all the way through this thread to see what you have tried or have not tried. Your drivers all appear to be up to date.

I know you are running MSE and Windows firewall. That is good. Do you have any other third party security application running such as a wi-fi hotspot program, and banking ID program, or a gaming security program?

Have you tried running Driver Verifier? If not enable Driver Verifier carefully following the instructions in this tutorial: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable. Driver Verifier will trigger a BSOD if it finds a faulty driver. Upload any and all Verifier enabled dumps.

If you are overclocking anything - RAM, GPU, CPU, please return to default values.

    KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 82ec9f21, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 82a3ba94, Trap Frame
    Arg4: 00000000

The BSOD occurs when I put Yahoo Messenger in the background and play games and quit to the desktop.Yes..when I enabled Driver Verifier ,and restarted another 2 bsods with codes BC Code 10007e and BCCode a..i used Bluescreen viewer and checked, after disabling the verifier via safemode..one was nvidia kernel driver or sumthing lik that and another 1 was ntoskrnl and halmacpi.dll file...now i dont have any dumps since i reformatted the enitre system...due to many errors..i mean bsods n all...after enabling driver verifier system ws a bit unstable..sumtimes bsods and no booting...

Looks like graphics card is the culprit (not exactly 100% sure),
I would test it with Furmark: Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Do you have ZoneAlarm installed on your computer?
Are you overclocking RAM, CPU, GPU? If so, return to default values as Carl requested.

Driver Verifier's purpose is to stress drivers and see if it finds a faulty one. If it does it will trigger a BSOD and hopefully the dump will point to the offending driver. For that reason it is important to upload all Verifier enabled dumps so that we can look at them.

Given your description of the problem, I suspect you have a driver conflict or a hardware conflict.

As I asked above, do you have any third party security application running such as a wi-fi hotspot program, and banking ID program, or a gaming security program? And are you overclocking anything?

No..i dont use such programs..My board is intel DG41WV in which overclocking is restricted..So i cant overclock....if it happens again,i will upload a dump file ..
