Windows 7 x64 Random BSODs ONLY WHEN NOT GAMING - Please help!
Hi all,
for about a year I keep getting random BSODs, ever since I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I have tried to diagnose them, but I'm really new to this and haven't managed to find out what's wrong.
Ever since I installed a new graphics card, I keep getting "black screens of death" (screen goes black then after about 10 seconds the system reboots; most of the time, a minidump is created) as well, so maybe there are several problems involved.
Today, I have dabbled a little with driver verifier (as you will see in my dumps) but to no avail. After about 10 BSODs today (some due to driver verifier), I give up.
The interesting thing is: These BSODs don't happen during gaming, only in "desktop mode". I reckon if my hardware is busted, I shouldn't be able to play 10 hours in a row with no problems whatsoever.
Many of the BSODs occured right after starting windows. In fact, when starting windows, most of the time I get a BSOD and my PC restarts, and only then can I log in.
I haven't got all the dumps for the entire year since I deleted most of them, but I attached those I still have.
Please help me, I'm really at my wit's end! :-(
Thanks!
