BSOD-Please help

Is Windows 7 . . . Windows 7 Ultimate
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? The original OS is Vista
- an OEM or full retail version? It is full retail
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? It is from 7/08
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) Windows 7 was installed in 7/10

Attached is the
Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder zip file. When I try and run the
"perfmon /report" I get an error that says "An error occurred while
attempting to generate the report"

Dump blames Hardware (STOP 0x124), see this thread - Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try

Since this is a laptop; if you still have warranty left, it is best to return and get a new one.

Regards...
Dean
