Do you have an external modem attached? If so, try removing it and see what happens.

Yes i attached usb internet modem. Now i will see what happened when i unplug my usb modem.
That makes sense; the dumps mentioned a problem with USB, and during one crash, moh.exe (a Windows modem process) was running.
There is no update of this device driver. what should i do....
Most likely, the modem is physically bad (but not certain). Try the modem on another machine, see if the problems gets transferred over.
If so, return the model and purchase a new one.

AVG was mentioned as a running process at the time of the crash; it may be that it crashed while using that faulty USB modem?
