Hello,
I'm wondering if a BIOS update may cure this; please install the latest BIOS from here: MSI Global โ Download CenterInstall SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)Code:BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. V2.0, 25/10/2007
Once that's installed, install ESET again if you wish.
You might also run some hardware diagnostics; start with the Small FFTs and Blend Prime95 tests. Run the Large FFTs later, when you find it convenient.

Memtest86 is a good one to run overnight: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
