I have had some issues in the pass, and I am unsure what the exact problem is. At first I thought it was bad memory, but even with new memory I continue to crash when I have more than 1 DIMM installed.
Running the .exe to collect dump info now.

You've got a lot of stuff going on here. You are able to boot your computer with one stick of memory correct?
Let's start off by upgrading your video card drivers.
Reboot into safe mode, uninstall your video card drivers and reinstall the latest drivers from here
Once you've completed that reboot your computer back into safe mode with networking.
The pre-2009 version of this driver is a well known BSOD maker in Windows 7. Down the ATK0110 driver from here. It will be under the Utilities section. After you've installed it go to c:\windows\system32\drivers and right click on ASACPI.sys and select properties. Make sure the driver date is 2009.Code:ASACPI.sys Thu Aug 12 22:52:52 2004 (411C2D04)
Once you've completed that reboot your system back into normal mode.
Once your booted back up you need to update your computer to SP1

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Once you've rebooted from your computer from enabling driver verifier, I would like you to run some tests.
Start off with memtest. Run it for 7-8 passes.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Once that finishes (most likely overnight), I would like you to run all three Prime95 tests for a couple hours each.

The link that you gave me for that comes up Error 404.The pre-2009 version of this driver is a well known BSOD maker in Windows 7. Down the ATK0110 driver from here. It will be under the Utilities section. After you've installed it go to c:\windows\system32\drivers and right click on ASACPI.sys and select properties. Make sure the driver date is 2009.
