    NlsData0416.dll is corrupt

NlsData0416.dll sfc cannot repair and I need a new one. (Media player keeps crashing- is where this started) and sfc wants to fix it but cannot. I read the .log file and NlsData0416.dll is the only problem child but comes up repeatedly under the "fix list". Windows 7 64, msi x58-pro, i7 920, os on 60G raid 0 ocz vertex series ssd, 1.25T raid 0 WD caviar black 7200rpm.

Might want to try a repair install. Just dropping in another copy of the DLL wont work.

Well, repair didn't work so I did a complete reinstall. Is there a way to Protect that file from things happening to it such as opting it in to EMET?
