    If you have a USB key, you can make it DOS-bootable by following the tutorial here, and then copy the utility to the USB key and run it from there. Also, see this post for more information as necessary.

    TRIed creating a disk put files on it didnt do anything there is 3 versions of my bios to get DOS,WINDOWS AND INSTANT flash the dos one is to confusing shud i try instant flash or not

    That's up to you - I would say I'd prefer Windows, then DOS, then Instant, in that order, if it was me. If there's a Windows utility, I would suggest that over DOS or Instant.

    The error message tells you that it is a bad secondary core on your CPU. If it is still under warranty, get it replaced. I updated the BIOS on mine & it did nothing to help this problem. Bad CPU. RMA or buy a new one. I would get a different model of that CPU if this one gave you problems. If you have a Phenom, I would replace it with a Phenom II. Regular Phenom's had all kinds of problems. Phenom II's are doing much better so far.

    it happens too often, to many, to be a bad cpu/core. it's windows related more often than not, and most likely can be corrected by a win hotfix.
