    Hello,

    Where did you get your copy of Windows 7?

    Open a command prompt and enter:
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
    Run a couple of hardware diagnostics as well. Run each of the three Prime95 tests: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

    Also run Memtest86: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Hi there,

    You could try to follow this article Troubleshooting Explorer.exe Crashing Issues . Download Malwarebytes and boot into Safe mode and run a complete scan.

    Note what the errors say and look up the codes. If it would make it easier for you, you could upload a jcgriff2 report, which collects all event logs. See here: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

    We can look through the logs for the errors, if you would like.

    Hi all,In Event Viewer,many things relating to Real Player(source-SideByside),some VSS things,and few
    warnings about User Profile Service.This is right what scribe:

    . This is often caused by incorrect security settings in either the writer or requestor process.
