    Hi.
Ur minidump points to nvlddmkm.sys and dxgmms1.sys those are nvidia driver error and directX error
    Well.
Please download the most updated driver for ur graphic card Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers
Uninstall ur nvidia software driver, clean any remaining fragments with CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download ,restart.
    Instal the new driver,restart.
    Update DirectX,restart.

Uhm, i'm lost now... I have done those Graphics update & I checked from ''Run'' My DirectX And it said that i have DirectX Version 11, it's the newest one? And look What Nvidia Said, i did automatically search for any updates:

    Product Current
    Installed Driver Latest Driver
Update NVIDIA GeForce 9200 275.33 Your PC currently has the latest driver installed for your GPU. No driver update is necessary at this time.

    avg

    Also...
Download MSE Anti-Malware, Virus, Spyware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials
Unistall AVG from ur system, again clean with ccleaner any remaining fragments, restart.
    Install mse.
    -----------------------------
In oldest unistallations did you use the ccleaner?maybe not. When you live fragments behind sometimes cause troubles. So each and every time you uninstall something please use ccleaner and then install the updated software/driver.
    ---------------------------
Do a clean (ccleaner) unistall/install for ur graphic card.

17560 errors were detected, either the defect lies in the Graphic card or the RAM
    Run memtest
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
If RAM is OK then the culprit is the graphic card, you will have to get another one
