u have a windows 7 disk ? go into bios set first boot device to cd yes press any key to go into the disk when promted on restart then go to repair and cmd promt to rebuild it Bootmgr is missing - Fix

so u got to type in

    bootrec /RebuildBcd
    bootrec /FixMbr
    bootrec /FixBoot

when completed remove the disk and restart

I cant do that... Because when I putted cd at first boot, then i save etc. then when bios finished loading, and I press any key, its not showing up anything, just the error BOOTMSG is missing, ctrl-alt-del to restart..

    Please read carefully

In ur specs you write,Windows 7, enterprise x64 32 bit, there is not such thing.
x64=64bit so you CANT have windows 7 x64 32bit,or you have 32bit or you have 64bit.
So you must find first what windows you have, search in google for the acer aspire 5738G.
Find ur laptop and read the specs, cpu, ram,OS windows....so you will know what exactly you have and what you need.(also copy paste the laptop specs here)
Then find or download/create an appropriate dvd.
Try the new dvd in any other pc and test it if its boot.
    Then try a Repair Install
    Or Clean Install Windows 7
    -----------------------
If the new dvd boots in any other pc and it doesnt boot in urs pc then, maybe you make something wrong or something is wrong with ur hardware/BIOS.
