Yeah that's right
Is with Pci Express,thats good.
PCI Express Architecture
PCI Express is the latest I/O interconnect technology that will replace the existing PCI. With a bus bandwidth 4 times higher than that of AGP 8X interface, PCI Express x16 bus performs much better in applications such as 3D gaming.

Just found out my motherboard has 3 years warranty do you think it is worth contacting asus or where I got it from??
Yes of curse!
You may received a brand new motherboard without paying anything :)
That way you don't need to buy a new gpu or anything else

Well it's taken me 6 weeks to delve further into this and Asus have asked me to reinstall my operating system before they will go any further. Not sure if that will make any difference but I will give it a try this weekend
One quick question I have is:
I bought the PC from MESH computers which had a recovery partition installed (although that was vista). How do I delete that when I reinstall windows 7?
Cheers
Jacka
During installation choose and delete all the partitions.
You will see this option during win 7 installation.
One more question do I have to go through custom set up rather than upgrade for that option?
I know you are not asking exactly this.
But is better to do a clean install, full format, delete all partitions and clean install.
I've been looking at it today but I've confused myself with it.
I've got a windows 7 Upgrade disc (bought pc with vista, then they sent me the upgrade disc out shortly after). Going to do it tonight.
What do you think the best way to do it it.
Stick the disc in
delete partitions under custom setting
Set installation away
Do I need to formate the HD before I do all of that?
