BSOD BugCheck 1000007E occurs time to time (not under load), need help
Hello, i just registered to this forum. I upgraded my hardware from AMD AM2+ platform to AMD AM3+, so basicly i changed my motherboard and memory( Asus M5A9, kingston 1333 4x4Gb), everything else is the same - CPU- AMD Phenom X6 1055, GPU- Gigabyte HD5830, OLD HDD (more than 3 years im sure, mb 5years) Seagate Sata 500GB. My previous system which was Gigabyte AM2+ MA790GX+Apacer 800mhz 8Gb DDR2 was fine and no BSODs ever.
Oh and becouse i have an IDE dvd and cdrom devices i bought PCI/ide adapter. Havent put the driver for it yet .
The thing is that i use the old OS, ussualy i do backup of my data and put it on an external HDD and than i format the HDD and put the fresh OS with all the drivers. So i feal that it might be of a drivers conflict of somesort, ive researched forums and ppl say that mb increase the voltage for the memory becouse all slots are filled but i never touched the voltage settings so i dont know how the memory voltage even called .
Ive done tests i did use OCCT linpack for 30 mins and it was stable and fine, use my 3d graphics app's to fill all the ram and under huge lag it still worked fine and no BSOD after.
BSOD happened id say more in idle times: surfing the web in google chrome i had few unusual messages about something cannot allocate memory 3 times in 2 mins and than finaly BSOD'd. Second time i had a strange issue - no sound again after 8-10 hours of fine work, i clicked on realtek driver and it said failed to :something: the device and in 10 sec BSOD.
Yesterday again in the evening while doing allmoust nothing just again surfing the internet for the same problems with my aimp player playing i had a strange music LOOP and BSOD. PLEASE help
if u want i can post the dmp files that i saved as txt files of their info from the Debugging Tools for Windows (x64), hope this will give u ther necessary info.
By the way i ziped the information using 7-zip, just in case.
ADD: dont read about the crash/problems that dates in 2010, i had a faulty video card and a buggy processor Phenom 1 9600 if im not mistaken the name.
