    Code 0xc0000428! Now "short Bluescreen"

    Hello,

I've got a problem. My Computer crashed after downloading a software.
    Message:

    File: CI.dll
    Status: 0xc0000428
Info: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file

Ok, then i read on a website that i can solve the problem with following petitions from the Win 7 Setup Disc prompt.

    X:\Sources>bootrec /Fixmbr
    X:\Sources>bootrec /Fixboot
    X:\Sources>bootrec /RebuildBCD

Whereby "Fixboot" didn't work, because an error message said that no data medium were found.

BUT after that the error message with the "Ci.dll" appeared.
And at that moment, a "short Bluescreen" (maybe a half second long, i could'nt read what's the message) appeared and my Computer restarted, and restarted and so it went on.

I checked my RAM und HDD with the "UBCD System" - both passed with no errors.
I also made a "Disc Wiping", also "Passed with nonfatal Errors". (ok under that message there stand something with "Error: /dev/svd crash") .....

I scaned my Computer with the "Avira Rescue System", and deleted all Viruses.

My problem is, that i cannot reinstall Windows 7, because i cannot take an data medium. It said me, that no data medium were found.

Sorry for my bad english, i hope you can understand my problem.

    EDIT:
    Comp. details:

i dont know or this problem is still up to date, but if so:

on startup when you get the choice between starting windows 7 normally and the disc checker, you should stand on ''Start windows 7 normally'' and then hit F8, after that go all the way down, and hit: ''boot without driver signature'' and it should work fine :)

When i hit "STRG and F8" during the startup, i come into "Advanced Boot Options", then i go down to "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" and press Enter, but the short Bluescreens appears again.
