    But i cant even install win 7 64 bit. How can i update the drivers if i can't install win7.

    ok done with testing with prim95 using the guide at Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

    no errors on all 4 cores... what next? memtest ok too...

    edit: and i have latest bios
