Windows 7 wont start at all, Im only able to access it thru safe mode.
The last thing I did before this error was downloading a trojan removal from Symantec, since Norton couldn't remove it itself. After I run that program this problem appeared.
I tried to uninstalled Norton, and after that I downloaded Norton Removal Tool, but with no luck.

Any help is very much appreciated.
    I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

    Thanks,
    Fredrik

I suspect you are still infected. Lets make sure

Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
    Update it immediately.
    Do a full system scan
Let us know the results at the end.

    Thanks for your reply.

I downloaded Malwarebytes to a working comptuter and saved it on an USB and installed in Safe Mode on my crashed computer.
    It didnt find any objects.

Since I cant start Safe Mode with networking I tried to update the Malwarebytes database by hand by doing like it says here
But then the Malwarebytes told me that I had a corrupt or missng database, and the database was deleted.

Is there anything else to do or do I need to reinstall windows?

    Thanks,
    Fredrik

    I found this info:
Note: Starting with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.60, you must also copy the file database.conf located within the Configuration folder which is in the same folder as rules.ref listed above.

So now I was able to do a full system scan with an updated database.
But still no treats was found and I can only access windows with safe mode with the networks disabled.

    *edit*
Just an update, I reinstalled windows instead.
