    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? x64
    - an OEM or full retail version?

    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 month
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 1 month

    Two issues

Norton. remove and replace with MSE.

Symantec is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

    Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    Upload the .zip file here.

    About 6 different errors

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

    Reported by component: Processor Core
    Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
    Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
    Processor APIC ID: 0

    Are you overclocking? BIOS current?

2-The description for Event ID 1020 from source ASP.NET 4.0.30319.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

3-The description for Event ID 3020 from source Application Virtualization Client cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

    {tid=11DC}

    90140011-0066-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE
    file://C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\OEMOffice14\OStarter\en-US\ConsumerC2R.en-us_14.0.5139.5005.sft

    Bug Checks

Most of the BCC are from USB

The BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER bug check has a value of 0x000000FE. This indicates that an error has occurred in a universal serial bus (USB) driver.

If you dont know what overclocking is you probably arent doing it.

You dont "install" the event ID, that only tells you what the issue is. You do take the item in bold and either re-install or delete (if you dont need it)
