Bsod at windows logo flashes then restart

Ok.. Well..
It all started while i was playing diablo3 and watching a video on my dual monitor setup when my system froze and a blue screen( first time after i got this system from two weeks ago). Restarted automatically before i can see what the error was. After reboot. It happened again. Decided to run startup repair and no luck. Went into safe mode with network. Opened exploror and started searching for similar issues. Most recommended system restore. So. Having installed adobe illustrator a day ago and a windows update few days a ago i ran system restore...but got the blue screen again WHILE running restore...
Startup repair -> system restore -> undo restore. "cannot complete restore". Tried going into safe mode with networking but this is when every boot got the split second bsod on windows logo and restarts. Ran windows memory diagnostics
"hardware problem detected"
Opened case took ram on slot 3 out. Ran diagnostic
No problem detected
Same bsod at logo
Startup repair
Chkdsk c: /f /r
And this is where i am at

Intel i5 3570k not overclocked
Mushkin 120gb ssd. System drive
Wd caviar black 1tb storage drive
Evga gtx560ti fermi 2gb
Gigabyte z68a-d3h-b3
Corsair vengeance 2x4gb ddr3 1600
650w atx corsair gold

Thank you in advance
Please help~~~~
