BSOD - New PC Build
Hi all,
Appreciate the level of detail you go in providing the tool to take all the relevant info and the support you give back, Many thanks.
So I had a Dell XPS 700 which died and therein i learnt it wasn't really upgradable so went to NovaTech and purchased the necessary components to create a New PC
PC -
CoolerMaster 690 Case
Intel I5 3450
Gigabyte GA-277X-UD3H Motherboard
Ballistix Sport 8GB (2X 4GB)
Sapphire HD 7850
64gig SSD Drive (I can't remember the make off the top of my head)
This is all 6 weeks old,
This is the third Motherboard I've had in as many weeks with the current being about 2 weeks old, the other two died completely zero power etc after a few hours of being on and BSOD all the way through the Windows Install.
Speaking of..
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 - 64bit
- the original installed OS on the system - Its a Retail copy of Windows 7 Pro
- an OEM or full retail version? Full Retail
- What is the age of system (hardware)? - 4 Weeks
- What is the age of OS installation - 2 weeks'ish
Currently its BSOD randomly however significantly less than the previous two motherboards and I can play games (Syndicate for example) for hours without it worrying.
I did have it running on 3x 22" 1080p Monitors however that just increased the instability so returned to a single 28"
I did want to do Graphic design/3D editing however I'm honestly concerned about the loss of data with it so prone to fail,
Please see attached and I'd really appreciate if anyone could shed some light, NovaTech as much as I rate them have no idea.
Kind Regards
