    BSOD while using office 2013


    Hello,
    While working on outlook 2013 (x86) I had a sudden crash . I would be grateful if someone could help!

    Welcome aboard, Giorgina :)

    Run Chkdsk /f /r following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check.

    Check if the HDDs are properly connected. Better reseat all the sata and power cables.

    Run RAM - Test with Memtest86+ for at least seven passes to ensure that the the memory is working OK.

    Let us know it these worked or not.

    As far as I can see all tests gave no errors.
