Ok I did everything you asked for.
Nothing is active in the startup (well it's not true since after installing the Microsoft Security it now launches on startup), still previously it was only sound and mouse related stuff so not much has happened here...
Uninstalled Jaba but soon after that had to install it again (Minecraft uses Java).
The MSE was download, installed and used. At first it made a quick scan and found one bad boy, then since it was so fast I ordered a full scan (3+ hours of scanning yay!) and got rid of all bad thing the program found (not that much).
After that I've tested stability during game time but nothing changed it looks like it. It still freezes from time to time and Minecraft is working worse probably due to reainstalling Java (I think it automaticly installed the 32 bit version not the 64 bit).
Any other ideas?
